Psychological Testing (Assisted)

PLEASE READ FIRST

This is a restricted, advanced course.

Psychological Testing (Assisted) is not an open-entry course. It is for those already working or training in mental health, as it involves supervised assessment practice inside a real psychiatric hospital.

Open to

  • Psychology graduates (BS/BA Psychology or higher)
  • Psychology interns currently in training
  • Doctors and medical professionals (MBBS and above)

Not for

This course is not suitable for the general public or those without a relevant clinical or psychology background. Our admissions team confirms eligibility before enrolment.

WHY THIS COURSE

Knowing a test exists is not the same as knowing how to administer it correctly.

Psychological assessment is precise, disciplined work. Administering, scoring and interpreting correctly requires guided, hands-on practice under supervision. This course exists to build that competence appropriately.

THE COMMON GAP

Assessment learned from a textbook

  • Names without practice

Learners can list the tests but have never administered or scored one under expert guidance.

  • No supervised environment

Assessment is rarely taught hands-on, with a supervisor and real protocols present.

  • Risk of misapplication

Without proper training, tests can be administered or interpreted incorrectly: assessment must be learned with rigour.

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

Assisted, supervised assessment training

  • Across the major assessment families

Intellectual, personality, projective, neuro-cognitive and neuro-developmental assessment, taught as a structured programme.

  • Inside a working hospital

Practice under experienced supervision, in a real clinical setting with real protocols and real cases.

  • Correct and ethical application

Develop competence in administering, scoring and interpreting appropriately: under guidance, never from a manual alone.
