Admissions & Enrolment Counsellor

About us

Shakoor Mind Care Institute is a psychology and clinical education institute in Bahawalpur, built beside a working psychiatric hospital and led by Prof. Dr. Abdul Shakoor, a psychiatrist with 36 years of experience. We teach psychology where it is actually practised.

The role

We are looking for a warm, persuasive Admissions & Enrolment Counsellor to guide interested students and parents from their first message to enrolment. This is not a pushy sales job. We want someone who genuinely understands people, listens well, and helps them make a good decision for themselves or their child.

What you will do

• Respond quickly and warmly to enquiries on WhatsApp and by phone
• Understand what each person needs, and explain the right course clearly
• Guide people to a campus visit or a demo class
• Handle questions and hesitations with care, including fees
• Help people enrol, and follow up so no enquiry goes cold
• Keep simple records of every lead and its status

Who you are

• A strong, warm communicator in Urdu and English
• Comfortable on the phone and patient with people
• Able to move a conversation gently toward a decision
• Organised and reliable with follow-ups
• A psychology background is strongly preferred; sales, counselling, or admissions experience is a real plus
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply, as many of our enquirers are mothers and young women

What we offer

• A fixed monthly salary plus commission on every enrolment you close
• Clear targets, full training, and our conversation playbooks
• Real growth as the institute grows
